Dell, HP, Others Sued Over Virtual Desktop Patent

Law360, New York (June 3, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A patent-holding company has sued Dell Inc., Hewlett-Packard Co., Fujitsu Computer Systems Co. and IBM Corp. for allegedly infringing a patent on wireless modular computing technology.
