Williams Mullen Adds Construction Litigation Pro To NC Office

By Darcy Reddan (May 24, 2018, 4:00 PM EDT) -- Williams Mullen has added an attorney from Yates McLamb & Weyher LLP with experience litigating construction disputes between owners, contractors and subcontractors to its Raleigh, North Carolina, office, the firm said on Thursday.

John Holton will join Williams Mullen after three years at Yates McLamb, where he defended businesses, professionals and organizations in tort and contract litigation. He has argued cases covering commercial, business and real estate matters before state, federal and administrative courts in North Carolina and South Carolina.
