Civil Rights Orgs Urge NSA To Release Call Detail Records

Law360 (June 1, 2018, 4:34 PM EDT) -- Two dozen civil liberties groups have asked that U.S. authorities provide a breakdown of the more than 540 million phone records collected by the National Security Agency last year, citing transparency rules in a 2015 law that scaled back the government's ability to collect American phone records in bulk.
