BofA Chief Called On The Carpet Over Merrill Buyout

CEO Kenneth Lewis has been summoned to testify before the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform on the bank's buyout of Merrill Lynch & Co. and the federal government's subsequent $20 billion bailout payment made to solidify the deal.
