Claims Court Slams DOJ For 'Unfair' Corrective Action

Law360 (June 7, 2018, 8:16 PM EDT) -- A U.S. Court of Federal Claims judge has sustained a protest over a nearly $192 million U.S. Department of Justice security services contract, saying purported corrective action carried out by the DOJ was a “fundamentally unfair and anti-competitive” effort tilted toward the department’s original pick.
