Dov Charney Must Pay Glaser Weil $2.2M After Arbitration

Law360, Los Angeles (June 11, 2018, 8:55 PM EDT) -- A California judge on Monday confirmed an arbitrator's finding that Glaser Weil Fink Howard Avchen & Shapiro LLP did not commit legal malpractice while representing ousted American Apparel founder Dov Charney, and that Charney must pay the firm roughly $2.2 million in legal fees.
