AT&T Layoff Suit By CWA Nixed By Arbitration Clause

Law360 (June 12, 2018, 5:59 PM EDT) -- A federal magistrate judge in Texas has recommended that a lawsuit brought by the Communication Workers of America AFL-CIO against AT&T seeking to halt the layoffs of 713 workers be tossed, citing an arbitration provision in an agreement between the groups.
