Supreme Court Backs AmEx Anti-Steering Rules

Law360 (June 25, 2018, 10:36 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday held that American Express Co. did not violate federal antitrust law by preventing merchants from steering customers to other credit cards.
