Axed Tribune Exec Wants Stay Lifted For Class Action

Law360 (June 9, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former Tribune Co. account executive claiming she was fired for complaining of alleged pay discrepancies and because of her age has asked a bankruptcy judge to lift an automatic stay so she can hit her ex-employer with a putative class action.
