W.Va. Justice Charged With Fraud, Taking Desk

Law360 (June 20, 2018, 8:31 PM EDT) -- A West Virginia Supreme Court justice was indicted Wednesday on charges of fraud, lying to the Federal Bureau of Investigation and tampering with a witness related to his alleged misuse of state funds and property.
