Pension Funds Lose Bid To Alter Central Grocers Asset Sale

Law360 (June 26, 2018, 5:21 PM EDT) -- An Illinois federal judge Monday dismissed a bid by a pair of union pension funds to overturn provisions of last year’s sale of a distribution center owned by bankrupt grocery distributor Central Grocers Inc., saying the funds didn’t try to stay the sale before it closed.
