Consumers Win Cert. In Canada Dry Ginger Ale Labeling Row

Law360 (June 27, 2018, 5:34 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday granted class certification to Canada Dry ginger ale purchasers claiming Dr Pepper Snapple Group Inc. misled them by labeling the soda “made from real ginger,” saying they had shown enough customers relied on the claim.
