By Andrew McIntyre ( June 27, 2018, 6:17 PM EDT) -- SB Real Estate Investments has purchased a warehouse in Hialeah, Florida, from Terreno Realty Corp. for $24.3 million, according to a report Wednesday from the South Florida Business Journal. The deal is for 213 S.E. 10th Ave., a 310,530-square-foot warehouse that last traded hands in 2010 for $9 million, the journal said.
