Charter Objects To Certification Of Overtime Class

Law360 (June 11, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Bankrupt Charter Communications Inc. has moved to block class certification and estimation in an overtime suit against the cable provider, saying the workers haven't established a basis for their requests.
