Grant Thornton Beats Funds' Malpractice Suit At 5th Circ.

Law360 (July 5, 2018, 3:09 PM EDT) -- Grant Thornton LLP won’t have to face malpractice claims from several Louisiana pension funds after the Fifth Circuit ruled that the funds should have first submitted the claims to an accountant review panel and that the deadline for them to do so had already passed.
