GAO Atty Denies Overreach In Upholding Oracle OTA Protest

Law360 (July 10, 2018, 5:41 PM EDT) -- A senior U.S. Government Accountability Office attorney hit back Monday at recent criticism over a GAO decision sustaining Oracle Corp.’s protest against a U.S. Army Other Transaction Authority deal, saying the decision was in line with the GAO’s authority and did not expand its jurisdiction.
