La. Contractors Sanctioned In Noncitizen Hiring Bias Suit

Law360 (July 11, 2018, 6:18 PM EDT) -- Two affiliated Louisiana-based companies that provide contract labor services to shipyards discriminated against non-U.S. citizens by demanding more or different documents than are required to verify their employment eligibility, an administrative law judge ruled in a suit brought by the U.S. Department of Justice.
