NJ Judge Aims To Toss Ethics Row Over Fight With School

Law360 (July 11, 2018, 10:39 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey state judge has called for the dismissal of an ethics complaint related to her fight with a school that kicked out her daughters, denying claims that police escorted her off its premises and that she falsely testified at a trial where she was convicted of defiant trespass.
