Law360 (July 12, 2018, 3:53 PM EDT) -- The head of online magazine Bustle is slated to become the new owner of Gawker.com and its archive of stories after beating out a $1.1 million stalking horse bid for the bankrupt news site's assets at an auction Thursday, according to sources familiar with the matter.
