Nikon Didn't Infringe Carl Zeiss Patents, Calif. Jury Says

Law360 (July 19, 2018, 12:24 PM EDT) -- A California federal jury on Thursday cleared Japanese camera giant Nikon of allegations by lensmaker Carl Zeiss and semiconductor equipment maker ASML that Nikon digital cameras infringe two patents protecting electronic image capture technology.
