Groups Back Okla.'s Bid To Keep Jurisdiction In Murder Case

Law360 (July 30, 2018, 4:28 PM EDT) -- The International Municipal Lawyers Association and two other groups have thrown their support behind Oklahoma's bid asking the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn a Tenth Circuit decision nixing a Muscogee (Creek) Nation citizen's state court murder conviction and death sentence.
