FERC Halts Construction Of $3.5B Mountain Valley Pipeline

Law360 (August 6, 2018, 9:36 PM EDT) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Friday ordered nearly all construction work stopped on the $3.5 billion Mountain Valley pipeline, citing a recent Fourth Circuit decision that erased federal government approval for parts of the project.
