Superior Alleges Prices On Flights To Oil Rigs Fixed

Law360, New York (June 18, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Bankrupt undersea oil services company Superior Offshore International Inc. has launched a proposed class action accusing some of the largest providers of offshore helicopter services in the Gulf of Mexico of fixing prices for flights to oil rigs.
