Honeywell Wins Appeal Over Fees In ERISA case

Law360, New York (June 18, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Honeywell International Inc. has partially prevailed in its appeals court challenge to a $750,000 attorneys' fee award in a class action brought by former employees that accused the company of breaching a 30-year-old agreement to guarantee an undiminished level of pension benefits.
