NY Seeks Unredacted Settlement Docs In DRAM MDL

Law360, New York (June 19, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The state of New York has asked a federal judge to compel several manufacturers in the multidistrict litigation over price-fixing in the dynamic random access memory market to produce unredacted versions of their settlements with computer makers, a move that comes five months after the state won approval to reopen discovery.
