Pa. Court Nixes Quadriplegic Man's Snow Tubing Injury Suit

Law360 (August 14, 2018, 8:14 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania appeals court on Tuesday tossed a suit accusing a ski resort of negligently causing a man's severe spinal injury suffered in a snow tubing accident that rendered him a quadriplegic, saying the man failed to prove the resort's actions were reckless or grossly negligent.
