Dicar Gets Antitrust Claims Tossed From Patent Suit

Law360, New York (June 23, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has thrown out all of the antitrust counterclaims against cable assembly maker Dicar Inc. in its patent suit over a device for a die cutter blanket used to cover an anvil roller, but refused to throw out other defenses.
