Rebate Discovery To Proceed In TriCor Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (June 23, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has allowed discovery to proceed in a lawsuit filed against Abbott Laboratories and Fourier Industrie et Sante by more than a dozen states alleging that the drugmakers conspired to delay a generic version of cholesterol drug TriCor from reaching the market by filing a series of frivolous patent infringement suits.
