St. Jude Valve Plaintiffs Lose Bid For Class Cert.

Law360 (June 24, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A district court judge has elected not to certify a class of 11,000 plaintiffs who received one of St. Jude Medical Inc.'s allegedly defective Silzone heart valves, saying his hands are tied by two earlier circuit court reversals.
