Deals Rumor Mill: Tribune, JM Holding, Societe Generale

By Adam Rhodes (September 5, 2018, 7:01 PM EDT) -- Broadcasting giant Tribune Media is reportedly hunting for a new deal after its previously planned deal with rival Sinclair Broadcast Group fell through, Reuters reported on Wednesday. According to the report, the broadcasting giant tapped Moelis & Co. and Guggenheim Securities LLC in an effort to find other buyers. The company's talks, the report noted, are still at an early stage. The report comes just weeks after Tribune scrapped its $3.9 billion deal with Sinclair and slapped the rival with a breach of contract suit. Sinclair responded with counterclaims last week in Delaware Chancery court....
