Sports Businessmen Must Honor $26M Debt Guarantee: Judge

Law360 (September 14, 2018, 6:27 PM EDT) -- A Manhattan federal judge ruled Thursday that a pair of sports management businessmen were on the hook for some $26 million after their companies defaulted on a high-interest loan, saying their requests for more discovery seemed like “a cynical effort to buy time.”
