Insurers Off Hook For $3M Negligent Construction Suit

Law360, New York (June 25, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An Indiana appeals court has upheld a lower court's ruling that Continental Casualty Co. and another insurer aren't obligated to indemnify a construction company that settled a $2.8 million class action brought by homeowners alleging that their homes were negligently constructed.
