Flying J Told To Cough Up Transaction Data

Law360, New York (June 26, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Flying J Inc. has been ordered to produce discovery to Comdata Network Inc. in the bankrupt oil company's antitrust suit alleging that Comdata and other companies conspired to suppress competition in the market for proprietary trucker fuel cards.

Magistrate Judge David Nuffer of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Utah on Thursday ordered Flying J to produce documents reflecting transactions made using the TCH electronic processing platform, which is owned by TCH LLC, a company largely owned by Flying J.
