Army Contractor Loses Bid To Dismiss OT Case

Law360, New York (June 29, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- U.S. Army recruiting company Serco Inc. has a lost a bid to toss a proposed collective action over unpaid overtime, with a federal judge ruling the complaint met the somewhat confusing Twombly pleading standards.

Mike Noble adequately pled his complaint against Serco, Judge Danny Reeves of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky said in an order issued Thursday.
