Deals Rumor Mill: Papa John's, Western Union, Godiva

The report details that the company is anticipating getting initial bids by the end of next month after sending out auction details to private equity firms and other companies alike. One of the outlet's sources cautioned, however, that no deal is certain. The report comes after a Delaware Chancery Court judge just days ago refused to dismiss a "books and records" lawsuit filed against Papa John's by former pizza chain CEO John Schnatter....
