By Andrew McIntyre ( October 4, 2018, 3:32 PM EDT) -- Priderock Capital Partners has picked up apartment complexes in Sunrise and Tampa, Florida, from Fairfield Residential for $98 million, the South Florida Business Journal reported on Thursday. The deal is for Arbor Walk in Tampa and Water's Edge in Sunrise, which have a combined 546 units, and in connection with the purchase, Priderock Capital scored $67 million in financing from KeyBank, the journal said....
