Texas Justices Won't Revive Romo's Fantasy Expo NFL Suit

By Mike Curley (October 19, 2018, 7:46 PM EDT) -- The Texas Supreme Court on Friday declined to review a suit alleging the National Football League torpedoed a fantasy football convention associated with former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo.

In July, Fan Expo LLC asked the higher court to revive the suit, arguing that the NFL used its gambling policy as a pretext to pull players away from the planned convention in July 2015 and saying that the league was acting in bad faith toward the expo.
