NJ Court Reverses Agency's Ruling On Cleanup Grants

Law360, New York (July 6, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Finding that the agency's regulation did not adhere to an enabling statute, a New Jersey appeals court has reversed a ruling by the state Economic Development Authority denying hazardous waste cleanup grant funding to TAC Associates because it sold its contaminated property before completing the application process.
