By Darcy Reddan (November 9, 2018, 4:39 PM EST) -- Texas-based provider of industrial aviation services Bristow Group Inc. said on Friday that it has agreed to buy privately held Columbia Helicopters Inc. for $560 million in a deal that was guided by Wachtell Lipton Rosen & Katz, King & Spalding LLP and Baker Botts LLP.
