Judge Lets TIG Withhold Some Data In AIU Suit

Law360, New York (July 8, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A magistrate judge has reconsidered an earlier order directing TIG Insurance Co. to produce documents in an AIU Insurance Co. suit against it alleging that TIG breached reinsurance contracts by failing to indemnify AIU for settlement payments in an underlying dispute over asbestos claims.
