Don Henley Wins Round In Suit Against Calif. Politician

Law360, New York (July 9, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has refused to dismiss unfair competition and other claims in a copyright lawsuit brought by Eagles founder Don Henley that accuses a Republican assemblyman from California of infringing the 1980s hit song "Boys of Summer" with an online video parody.
