Carlton Fields Adds Cybersecurity-Focused Shareholder In NY
By Michelle Bocanegra (November 30, 2018, 7:56 PM EST) -- Carlton Fields has added a former federal prosecutor and Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP special counsel as a shareholder at its New York office, where he will continue to handle cybersecurity matters and white collar cases, the firm has announced.
Michael L. Yaeger, a onetime assistant U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of New York between 2008 and 2014, will focus on government investigations, data breaches, white collar cases and related civil matters after officially starting at the firm on Nov. 19.
