Law360, New York (July 9, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Jury deliberations have taken a nasty turn in the criminal trial of former Mayer Brown LLP partner Joseph Collins, charged for his alleged role in the massive fraud at Refco Inc., with one juror reportedly threatening to cut off another juror's finger.
