CBA Extends Quebecor Right To Change Policy: Court

Law360, New York (July 14, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has ruled that management of a Quebecor World Inc. facility had a right to change its disciplinary policy in 2006 without first negotiating with its workers union, upholding a decision by the National Labor Relations Board.
