Plaintiffs Seek OK For Honda Hybrid Settlement

Law360, New York (July 14, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The plaintiffs in a putative class action accusing American Honda Motor Co. of putting out false and misleading advertising about the fuel economy of the Honda Civic Hybrid have asked a federal judge to approve a modified settlement that could have a total cash value of more than $19 million.
