Ltd. is close to inking a deal to swallow the French over the counter unit of Bristol-Myers Squibb Co., according to a late Sunday report from Bloomberg. According to the report, the French business, UPSA, could be valued at roughly $1.6 billion in a deal. Citing anonymous sources, the outlet reported that a deal could come in the new few days....
