Ex-Foley Atty Comes Out Of Retirement For Pepper

Law360, New York (July 20, 2009, 12:49 PM EDT) -- Pepper Hamilton LLP has lured former Foley & Lardner LLP partner Russell J. Barron out of retirement to join its intellectual property practice.

The firm announced Thursday that Barron, who retired from Foley & Lardner in 2006, will join Pepper Hamilton's Boston office and focus his practice on IP litigation.
