Doorstep Delivery FLSA Suit Settled After Decertification

Law360 (January 14, 2019, 8:08 PM EST) -- Doorstep Delivery has been able to settle a driver's Fair Labor Standards Act suit against the food delivery service claiming that he was misclassified as an independent contractor and not properly paid overtime.

Restaurant Delivery Developers LLC, which does business as Doorstep Delivery, and plaintiff David Roberson have been able to settle the FLSA suit, once a collective action, according to a mediation report submitted to the court on Monday.
