Delphi Workers, Retirees Sue Over Pension Threats

Law360, New York (July 17, 2009, 5:42 PM EDT) -- As a hearing for the proposed sale of the bulk of bankrupt Delphi Corp.'s assets quickly approaches, the auto parts supplier has been sued by a pension plan for salaried workers over an alleged conflict of interest because the plan's administrators are also Delphi executives.
