Receiver Moves To Reassign Case Against Thompson

Law360, New York (July 17, 2009, 6:28 PM EDT) -- A lawsuit brought by the receiver for Sunwest Management Inc., which accused Thompson & Knight LLP of aiding a Ponzi-like scheme, should be reassigned to the same judge overseeing the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's case against Sunwest, the receiver has argued.
